How to Refill Journals & Notebooks
Every journal I make can be refilled following these simple steps:
- Slide the insert out of the elastic binding.
- Find the middle of the new insert. If you're using saddle stitched inserts, the interior binding stitches usually indicate where the center is.
- Holding the elastic binding in one hand, slide the new insert in so the elastic rests parallel with the center of the insert.
- Repeat for other inserts.
